What is operational vs what is in development

Generation, claiming, irrevocable copyright assignment, custom storefronts, and garment printing are fully operational on mainnet. Creator royalties and referral commissions (80% cut) accrue automatically to your ledger and show live on your dashboard, but third-party bank disbursements are being finalized before funds can be withdrawn. We publish this plainly rather than quoting speculative dates. Terms 8.2.

Topic // Claiming and ownership

Claiming and ownership

A claim is the transaction this whole site is built around, and it is the one thing here that cannot be undone.

7 entries

On settlement, Shirt Bazaar assigns you an irrevocable, worldwide, exclusive commercial license and the copyright it holds in the artwork. As the rights holder you may sell merchandise through your storefront or any third-party channel, manufacture apparel, prints or media carrying the design, and sub-license, assign or sell the rights outright with no clawback by us. Past the claim price, no ongoing royalty is owed to us or to the maker.

Terms 5.1 and 5.2

A non-exclusive, royalty-free display license: enough to host, format, index and mock up the design so the marketplace and your storefront work. It gives us no ownership and no right to license your design to anyone else.

Terms 5.3

No. Every design is a true 1-of-1 and is locked to its claimant permanently. No second edition, no duplicate, no buy-back. The rights and the storefront transfer instantly and cannot be unwound, which is why that portion of the claim fee is non-refundable. The physical shirt in the same order is still covered in full by the 14-day guarantee.

Terms 4.1, Terms 12.5

No. You can claim as a guest, and an account is created from the email you enter at checkout once the payment settles. That account is where the design, the storefront and the order live, so use an address you can sign in to. Ordering a printed garment is different: that one requires you to be signed in first.

Make an account or sign in.

Unsettled, and it varies by jurisdiction. The U.S. Copyright Office currently requires human authorship for registration. We assign you everything we hold. Whether a particular registrar accepts it is a limit of the law, not a reservation of rights by us, and we would rather say that here than let you find it out at a filing desk.

Terms 5.5

Nothing beyond the claim price itself. The maker royalty is taken out of that sale automatically, once, at the moment the claim completes, and it is calculated on the net price after payment processing costs. A maker on the free plan keeps 80%; the paid plans keep more, and each plan card states its own rate. Claiming a design you made yourself owes nobody anything.

Terms 8.1

Send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@bazaar.america.co. The notice has six required elements, including the exact design URL and a statement under penalty of perjury, all listed in the Terms. If your own work was removed by mistake, a counter-notice goes to the same agent. Accounts with repeated substantiated notices lose access, their storefront and the ability to generate or claim.

Terms 14.1 to 14.3

Topic // Your storefront

Your storefront

The storefront is provisioned by the claim. There is no setup step you can fail to complete.

5 entries

At your handle, /yourhandle, with mockups, sizing and checkout already wired up when the claim settles. Older links of the form /creator/yourhandle are not dead: they permanently redirect to the same page, so anything you have already shared keeps working.

Terms 7.1

Payment processing, order dispatch, print-on-demand manufacturing and quality control are handled on your behalf. Your side is the storefront name, bio and social links, which you can change from your dashboard settings, subject to our content standards. We may suspend a storefront that uses deceptive practices or prohibited content.

Terms 7.2 and 7.3

Storefront theming and collections are plan features, included on Creator Pro and above. A free account still gets a working storefront and can list and sell from it; what it does not get is the theme and the collection grouping.

Compare the plans

Yes. You hold the commercial rights, so any third-party channel is open to you. The one thing that is not allowed is exporting print-ready files to route around our fulfilment while keeping the listing live on the marketplace. That is a material breach of the Terms rather than a grey area.

Terms 8.3

Each generation is one image, so the prompt is doing most of the work. The prompt guide covers what the different styles ask for and why the form changes when you switch between them. When you have something you like, the studio prices the settings on the Generate button before you press it.

Topic // Plans and billing

Plans and billing

Every plan can sell. What a plan changes is your render allowance, the quality ceiling, how much your shop looks like yours, and the size of our cut.

7 entries
  • Free Maker: free

7 free renders a week. Up to Medium quality. You keep 80% of a sale, our fee is 20%.

  • Creator Pro: $19.00 a month, or $190.00 a year

200 credits a month. Up to High quality. You keep 90% of a sale, our fee is 10%.

  • Brand Studio: $49.00 a month, or $490.00 a year

500 credits a month. Up to Max quality. You keep 95% of a sale, our fee is 5%.

Full comparison and Terms 10.1

A render is one image out of the studio. Every account gets 7 free renders per rolling 7 days at the one-credit settings. Bigger or sharper renders cost more credits because they cost us more to run, and anything past the free quota draws on your credit balance rather than stopping. Unused quota does not roll over, and a plan allowance is granted per invoice and resets with it.

Terms 3.1

You return to Free Maker. Storefront theming, collections and the render quality ceiling drop back to the free limits. Nothing you own is taken away: designs you made, designs you claimed and the commercial rights assigned to you are unaffected, permanently. That is written into the Terms, not just into this page.

Terms 10.4

Cancel any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the plan until then. Part-used periods are not refunded. Any price change applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and we tell you before it does.

Terms 10.3 and 10.5

Not yet. Royalties accrue to a ledger you can see in your dashboard, but payouts are not live. No disbursement mechanism runs today, so a balance there is a record of what you are owed rather than money in transit. When payouts launch we publish the schedule, any minimum threshold and the identity checks first, and notify makers holding a balance. Nothing accrued is forfeited in the meantime.

Terms 8.2

Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card details are entered on Stripe systems and never reach ours. What we keep is the plan, its status, the renewal date and the Stripe customer reference Stripe hands back to us.

Terms 9.1, Privacy 2

Sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties and import tariffs in your own jurisdiction are yours to settle. Prices are shown on product pages and confirmed at checkout, and catalog pricing can change up until an order is confirmed.

Terms 9.2 and 9.3

Topic // Orders and delivery

Orders and delivery

Nothing is printed before you buy it, which is what the return rules below are shaped around.

5 entries

It is manufactured after your order is confirmed, with production starting once payment clears. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping time depends on your destination and carrier. The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Your order and its status live in your dashboard under Orders.

Terms 11.1 and 11.2

Only a design that has already been claimed can be ordered as a garment, and you need to be signed in to place that order. An unclaimed design is not ordered, it is claimed: that is the transaction that assigns the rights and opens the storefront. Browse what is still unclaimed in the shop.

Tell us within 14 calendar days of delivery and you choose: a free reprint or a full refund. That covers print faults such as smearing, peeling, distortion or wrong placement and colour; garment faults such as tears, holes or broken stitching; a wrong design, size or colour; and damage in transit. You normally do not need to ship the faulty garment back.

Photograph the fault, and the label too if the size or item is wrong, then email support@bazaar.america.co with the subject Order #[YourOrderNumber] - Defect Resolution.

Terms 12.2 and 12.7

No tracking movement for 7 business days past the estimated delivery date and we treat the parcel as lost, then reprint and reship at no cost to you. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, allow 24 hours for a late carrier scan, then contact us and we pursue the carrier claim on your behalf.

Terms 12.3

No. Each item is made for you after you order, so a change of mind and a garment that matches the size you selected are both outside the guarantee. Read the measurements on the product page before checkout. In the EU and UK the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalised goods like these, but your statutory rights for faulty, not-as-described or unsatisfactory goods still stand, on top of the 14-day guarantee above.

Terms 12.4 and 12.6

Topic // Referrals

Referrals

Your referral code is your handle. Everything below is enforced in code at checkout, not applied by hand.

5 entries

Both of you are paid in Bazaar Coins, not cash. Your friend gets 150 coins when they claim their first design, and you get 75. If they take a plan instead, you get 150. Nobody pays a different price for arriving through a link: the sale is the sale, and the reward sits beside it.

Your link is the site with ?ref=yourhandle on the end, and it sets a cookie that lasts 30 days. First touch wins: whoever brought that browser here first keeps the attribution for the life of the cookie. You cannot refer yourself, and a link shared under an old handle stops earning once you rename rather than paying whoever takes the name next.

Your link and the ledger behind it are in your dashboard settings, under Referrals.

The discount is resolved from the referred account at checkout, so it needs them to be signed in when they claim. A guest checkout carries no account for it to attach to, and that buyer pays the listed price. Tell them to make an account from your link before they claim.

Yes, inside a 30 day window after it converted. A refunded purchase, or a subscription cancelled almost immediately, reverses the reward it earned. A sale the platform made nothing on pays no commission; it does not claw one out of somebody else.

Not yet, for the same reason as maker royalties: no disbursement runs today. The referral dashboard shows what you have earned, and it is a record rather than a balance you can move. It is worth knowing that before you spend a week sharing links.

Topic // Coins and spins

Coins and spins

Coins reward useful participation. They are an in-product reward, not money or a tradable asset.

4 entries

You can earn coins for your first generated design, listing work, paid claims, and qualifying referral activity. Each activity has a cadence limit to keep the system useful rather than farmable. Your balance and complete earning history are on the Coins page.

The spin. Three matching symbols award a house-owned design, two alike award render credits, and anything else returns a small consolation. The server checks your balance and records every spend before it delivers a reward.

Each spin is decided on the server using the published odds. Three matching symbols award an eligible house-owned design while stock lasts, two matching symbols award render credits, and every other result returns a small coin consolation. The current odds and prize pool are published before you spin.

No. Coins cannot be purchased, transferred to another account, or withdrawn as cash. They exist only for Bazaar rewards and redemptions.

Topic // Account and data

Account and data

What we hold, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it. The Privacy Policy is the binding version of all of this.

7 entries

Your email, hashed credentials, handle, display name, avatar and contact preferences; the prompts, style settings and reference images you generate with; recipient name, address, phone and garment selection on an order; messages between creators and buyers; and technical data such as IP address, device and browser information and security logs.

What we do not collect: card numbers, government ID, advertising identifiers, and data from anyone we know to be under 13.

Privacy 2

We do not sell personal data. Seven sub-processors run parts of the service: fal generates the images from your prompt and references; OpenRouter drafts listing copy from request text without your account identity; Stripe processes payments; Printify and its print providers receive the shipping details and print-ready artwork; Supabase, on Amazon Web Services, holds account records, designs, messages and uploads; Vercel serves the application and processes request metadata including IP address; and Resend sends transactional mail. The Privacy Policy states that this is the complete list and is updated before a new one ships.

Privacy 5

Because there is no analytics or advertising cookie here to consent to. We set three cookies: a sign-in token holding your session, a 30-day referral cookie that credits whoever sent you, and a seven-day preference remembering whether your dashboard sidebar is open. Everything else is browser storage for choices you make, such as muting sounds. No cross-site behavioural advertising, no third-party tracking pixels. The Cookie Notice lists every one, with how long it lasts.

Cookie Notice

Use the Delete Account button in your dashboard Security settings, or email privacy@bazaar.america.co. The same route covers access, portability, correction, restriction and objection. The Privacy Policy commits us to answering verified requests within 30 calendar days.

Privacy 8

Because a claim conveys a permanent rights assignment and royalty record, the claim timestamp, the creator handle and the design hash stay in the ledger permanently, so future royalty accounting still has something to stand on. Everything else is kept only as long as servicing your account, honouring guarantees, resolving disputes and meeting tax and financial reporting duties requires, which is typically seven years.

Privacy 6.1 and 6.2

In the United States. If you use the Platform from the EEA, UK or another region with transfer rules, your data is transferred to and processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses and the applicable transfer addenda.

Privacy 7

Start a password reset from the sign-in page. If you suspect someone else has been in your account, email support@bazaar.america.co straight away. Accounts require you to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
